Welcome back, teachers! We hope you enjoyed a restful holiday break and are refreshed and ready to kick off an amazing 2026. We’re starting the new year feeling appreciated thanks to the generous treats provided by our CPIE partners—Bojangles on Inner Perimeter and Red Owl on Bemiss Road. Back to School in 2026!

Dewar fifth graders had ❄️ SNOW ❄️ much fun reviewing math skills before their test! Their classroom became a winter wonderland where students flurried through problems, collaborated like pros, and proved that learning is so COOL! ⛄️❄️🧮 ☃️









Early Dismissal on Friday, December 19th!

Mrs. Singletary's and Ms. E's class learned about Christmas Around the World. Our students learned different traditions and celebrated with Los Pasados in Mexico. They tried walking tacos, Jarritos Mandarin soda, and Maria cookies. Feliz Navidad!



Ms. Herman’s Pre-K students have been working on teamwork in the Dramatic Play center by working together to wrap boxes in Santa’s Workshop!

It is the most wonderful time of the year....time for the 4th grade Christmas show! All 4th graders will be performing "Twas One Crazy Night Before Christmas" on the evening of Dec. 11th at 6:30 p.m.

5th-grade students had a wild time at the Jacksonville Zoo! They spotted lions, tigers, and boars—oh my! By getting an up-close look at animals and their habitats, they experienced learning in a whole new way. The students were full of curiosity, teamwork, and smiles all day long, making it the perfect mix of fun and discovery—an adventure they won’t soon forget! 🌿🐅🐗
