We are hosting a Hog-N-Bones Boston Butt Fundraiser, with all proceeds divided equally between Marcie and Amber’s families.
🐷 Boston Butts are $40 each

Our 5th grade scientists took learning to new heights with our Film Flyers! 🧪 Students combined vinegar and an Alka-Seltzer tablet inside a film canister to observe a chemical reaction in action. As the reaction produced gas, pressure built up until POP! 💥 Their film canisters launched into the air!
Mrs. Niewoonder's class enjoyed some time in the library! After checking out a new book, students spent time exploring the Maker Space. From Magna-Tile jack-o'-lanterns to a ghost made of Legos, everyone had a fun time!

Measuring, creating, and learning—oh my!
Our second graders started a new unit on measurement Monday, and they have been having SO much fun! From measuring gummy worms to measuring objects around the classroom, our students have learned that precision matters! They even got creative and made their very own iguanas, snails, and snakes using paper and yarn, putting their measurement skills to work as they measured their creations as precisely as possible! These second graders are measuring their way to success, one inch at a time! We love seeing them learn, create, and have fun while doing it!

Beyond all that she does instructionally, Mrs. Willmont is always willing to listen, encourage, problem-solve, collaborate, and jump in wherever she is needed. She approaches her work with positivity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
