
The PGM Beekeeping Club is back in action! The students went out to "work the hive" for the first time this school year. They checked the frames for honey and brood, identified the queen, and fed our hungry bees sugar water to prepare for winter. 🐝🍯





Mrs. Martin’s students used different forms of physical exercise to determine how their heart rate changed! They recorded and graphed the data they collected in their STEM journals. 📓 #STEM








Ms. McCormack's EPIC class studied about bats and spiders and completed a project with everything they learned! 🦇 🕷️



Students have enjoyed using the interactive bulletin board near the 6th grade hall to learn new strategies to help them "Brew Up Success!" ☕️



Our students and staff went ALL IN yesterday for the camo Winnersville dress up day! Today (Tuesday) is superhero day.

Mrs. Browning’s 6th grade social studies students strengthened their literacy skills with current events! They worked in groups to write summaries of articles found in The Valdosta Daily Times for audiences of varying ages. 🗞️ #PGMreads #PGMwrites

On Wednesday, we wore pink. 💗 These 6th graders and their teachers, along with many others at our school, pinked out Pine Grove to support breast cancer awareness!



Today we celebrated our staff members of the month for October!! Each was surprised by our admin team with a Viking helmet and cape to celebrate their victories in the areas of Operations (Mrs. Grantham), Curriculum & Instruction (Ms. Sosa), Educational Technology (Mrs. Browning) and Student Services (Mrs. Hopkins).
