In 3rd grade science, we just finished the unit on Heat energy. We learned about solar energy and how it can cause certain items to melt or get hot. For this project we built solar overs and used materials that will absorb the heat energy to make smores! A special thank you to Papa Johns in Valdosta for donating pizza boxes to our 3rd grade students for these projects!
