Mrs. Mays and Mrs. Willis took nine of LPE’s choir students to participate in the Georgia Music Educators Association Statewide Elementary Honor Chorus event. Around 500 students from over 70 districts participated. They were presented with the opportunity to work with nationally recognized directors and live musicians. We were so proud of our students as they stood on the large stage at the Clayton County Performing Arts Center and sang alongside 250 other participants who came together to form one of the two choirs that performed last Saturday!
