The school system is no longer using SherpaDesk to report issues with Technology. We are transitioning to Incident IQ.  You can view the videos posted below for an introduction to Incident IQ and to the various ticket type.

Please Note: Maintenance tickets will still be entered using SherpaDesk, and you can find more information about entering maintenance tickets on this page.

If you enter a technology ticket into SherpaDesk, you will delay the response to your problem.
