The status of the Coastal Plains Grant is unknown. Work under these projects must be completed and invoiced no later than May 29, 2020 in order to meet the Grant reimbursement deadline.

Lowndes Schools will evaluate quote/proposal and make award in a timely manner. With the Grant Budget Approved, Notice to Proceed can be generated without delay after award.

ADDENDUM 1

This addendum to clarify conflicting information contained in the Specification Document provided to prospective vendors and the Documents posted on the Lowndes Schools website.

The Specification Document sent to prospective vendor’s states that E-mail is acceptable for submitting Proposals. The Web Published Notice states to submit Sealed Proposals by 4:00 p.m. on November 20.

Because funding for these projects is campus specific, each campus is being considered separate and distinct projects and will be contracted individually. E-mail copies of your proposal are acceptable and any printed material that you desire to submit by mail will be incorporated.
