PreK Registration

March 5th, 2010
8:30am - 12:30pm

Admission is based on first come-first served basis and completed paperwork. You must register at your child's school and have all required items to be considered for admission available on the designated registration day.

Children must be four years old on or before
September 1st, 2010 to be eligible for enrollment in PreK.

Items required at time of registration:
1) official government issued birth certificate/not hospital issued (no copies please)
2) Proof of residence (utility bill, cable bill, sanitation bill, mortgage contract, rental agreement). No phone bills. Your residency will be verified before your child can attend.
3) Completed PreK application packet. (You can pick up a PreK packet from the school ahead of time, so that you can have it completely filled out on registration day.)

Additional items required before school starts:
4) Shot record on Georgia Certificate of Immunization.
5) Certificate of Eye, Ear, Dental Examination
6) Child's Social Security card (we will copy it)
7) Proof of income or participation in any of these programs: SSI, GA Temp Support Grant, Medicain/Peachcare, Food Stamps, TANF)

Your child does not have to be present at the time of registration.

Kindergarten Registration

Any School day
8:30am - 2:30pm

how many kindergarten teachers we will need to hire for the coming year. **
