The Georgia Department of Education is soliciting feedback and comments regarding the Georgia Performance Standards (GPS) for the following 12 high school science courses: Astronomy, Botany, Ecology, Entomology, Epidemiology, Forensic Science, Geology, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Meteorology, Microbiology, Oceanography, and Zoology.

This survey feedback will be used to inform the development of Science Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE) for these courses.

The survey will be posted for 30 days beginning on February 1, 2018, and will close on March 2, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. EST.

The Georgia Department of Education invites all education stakeholders, including high school science teachers, administrators, and parents, to participate. The link below will provide access to the standards and survey.
